At BioSteel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your items are unworn and have the original tags attached, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
